Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ChatiBEK for using the ChatiBEK app and website. By using ChatiBEK you accept them. The section for your country or region adds rules that local law requires.
1. Who can use ChatiBEK
You must be at least 13, or the higher age your country sets for using online services on your own. The people section is only for adults 18+, and depending on your country you may need to pass an age check. One person, one account.
2. What ChatiBEK does
ChatiBEK gives you an AI companion that helps you describe what you are looking for or offering, publishes your request, suggests matches and, when both sides agree, opens a translated chat and, where available, calls.
ChatiBEK only brings people together. We are not a party to any deal, meeting or agreement between users, and we do not check users' identity, goods or services.
AI answers, matches and translations can be wrong or incomplete. Check important details yourself.
3. Your account
Your account lives on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device without a way to recover the account, it may be lost. Keep your device and any PIN safe.
4. Rules
Use ChatiBEK only for legal purposes. It is not allowed to offer or look for drugs, weapons, stolen or counterfeit goods, fake documents, gambling for money, hacking, sexual services, paid companionship or dating for money, or anything sexual or romantic involving minors.
Do not harass, threaten, hate, spam, scam or impersonate anyone, share other people's personal data, or try to get around the contact lock, moderation or limits.
5. Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to store, process, translate and show it, only as needed to run ChatiBEK: for example, to show your request to matching people and to translate your messages.
6. Moderation
AI and our moderators check requests, messages and reports. We may decline or hide content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. If you disagree with a decision, write to hello@chatibek.app and a person will review it.
7. Meeting people
Take care when you meet people from ChatiBEK: meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and never send money to people you have not met. Report anything suspicious in the app.
8. Paid features
Some features will be paid. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, whose terms govern payment, renewals and refunds. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
9. Our rights
The ChatiBEK name, logo, design, companions and software belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it.
10. Liability
ChatiBEK is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for what users say or do, or for deals and meetings between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending
You can stop using ChatiBEK and delete your account at any time. We may stop providing ChatiBEK or parts of it, and will give reasonable notice where we can.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions: hello@chatibek.app.
Additional rules for your region
United States
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of section 10 may not apply to you. California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
European Union and EEA
You keep all rights that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Digital Services Act: you can report illegal content in the app or at hello@chatibek.app. When we restrict your content or account, we tell you why and how to challenge it. You can use our internal complaint process and certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies. hello@chatibek.app is our point of contact for users and authorities.
For paid digital content you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends once delivery starts with your consent.
United Kingdom
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, wherever you live.
Online Safety Act: you can report illegal content and complain about our moderation decisions in the app or at hello@chatibek.app.
Armenia
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law on Consumer Rights Protection. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Brazil
The Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990) applies and prevails over anything in these Terms. You can bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
Russia
Mandatory rules of Russian consumer law apply where relevant. Some paid features may be unavailable in Russia.
Other countries
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply to you.
